Order Processing:
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Depending on order volume, this may occasionally take up to 48 hours. Please note that orders received on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday.
Holidays and Weekends:
Orders are not processed on weekends, Bank Holidays, or during our advertised holiday closures. However, our online store remains open for purchases during these times.
Amending or Adding to Your Order:
Once an order is placed and paid for, we cannot amend it or add items. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it so you can place a new order with the additional items. We cannot cancel orders that have already entered the processing stage.
Cancellations:
To cancel an order, please email info@progressive-earth.com immediately with "Cancel My Order" in the subject line. This is the only method we accept for cancellations. Because orders are quickly packaged and booked with couriers, we cannot cancel an order once it is in processing. If your order has already been processed, you will need to follow our standard returns procedure.
Dispatch:
Royal Mail collects orders from our premises in Orkney Monday through Friday at 11:40 AM.

- Exclusions: Coupon codes cannot be applied to sale items or combined with any other offers or promotions.
- Returns & Value: Coupon codes have no cash value. In the event of a return, your account will be credited only for the amount paid.
- Availability: All codes apply to in-stock products only and are subject to availability while stocks last.
- Expiration: Some codes are available for a limited time only. Once a code is no longer valid, it cannot be redeemed.
- Application: If you forget to apply a code at checkout, our system cannot apply it or reimburse the value once the order has been placed.
- Right to Modify: Progressive Earth Ltd reserves the right to refuse or alter any coupon or promotion at its discretion.
Royal Mail Deliveries:
- 1st Class/24: Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day, but this is not guaranteed. We advise an estimated 1–3 working days.
- 2nd Class/48: Royal Mail aims to deliver 98% of 2nd Class mail within three working days. We advise an estimated 3–5 working days.
Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after postage. We will only issue replacements or refunds once this period has elapsed.
Courier Deliveries:
Please allow up to 5 working days for courier deliveries. This estimate does not include weekends.
Dispatch and Tracking:
Delivery times begin once the item has been dispatched, not at the point of purchase.
Please be advised that we do not monitor tracking on your behalf. It is the customer's responsibility to track their parcels and notify us of any issues.
Potential Delays:
Delivery dates may occasionally exceed estimates due to peak seasonal periods (such as Christmas and New Year), Bank Holidays, strikes, or adverse weather. While we understand the frustration of delays, we do not accept responsibility for late deliveries and do not offer postage refunds for delayed parcels.
Returns:
If you are in any way disappointed with your order, please email us at info@progressive-earth.com.
If your package is damaged in transit, we require photographic evidence. Please contact us at the email address above to report the damage.
You may cancel your purchase and return the item within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in good, unused condition. Please note that you are responsible for return postage costs, and we cannot accept returns after the 30-day period.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund for the product, minus the original postage charge. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, partially used, or damaged by the customer.
Special Instructions and Your Delivery Address:
If you request that a package be left in a "safe" place, we will include your instructions for the carrier. However, Progressive Earth Ltd accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen as a result. No refunds will be issued for parcels confirmed as delivered to a requested safe place. We strongly recommend adding a note to leave the package with a trusted neighbor instead. All customers providing delivery instructions must confirm they accept full responsibility at checkout.
Unattended Deliveries:
In accordance with Citizens Advice guidelines, if you instruct us to leave a parcel with a neighbor or in a specific location, neither Progressive Earth nor the courier can be held responsible if the item goes missing.
Please ensure your delivery address, including the postcode, is entered in full. Progressive Earth Ltd is not responsible for lost or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
In the event of an incorrectly addressed package, the customer is responsible for any additional return charges, reshipping costs, or losses. Any refunds requested for returned packages will have both the original and return postage charges deducted.
