Description

Tricalcium Citrate is a highly absorbable chelated form of calcium that provides 21% elemental calcium.

Uses:

Horses which require additional calcium in their diets
Ideal for those diets where balancing mineral requirements to forage analysis is important
Horses on high cereal diets
When needing to balance Calcium: Phosphorus or Calcium: Magnesium ratios (an ideal ratio of calcium to phosphorus is 2:1 and for calcium to magnesium it is 2:1)

Feeding Guidelines

A one x 15ml scoop supplies about 10g of product.

10g of product supplies 2.1g of calcium.

Please note: The feeding of mineral separates should not be undertaken without having your forage, either hay or pasture, analysed and the correct mineral ratios established. If you are unable to carry out a full mineral analysis from all sources of forage and are uncertain of the mineral levels required, we recommend feeding a balancer instead.
