Vitex Agnus Castus also known as Chaste tree berries is well known for helping maintain a balanced hormonal system in mares, geldings and stallions.  It has been known to radically affect the mood in mares who exhibit unpredictable, stroppy and aggressive behaviour during hormonal cycles as well as to reduce aggressiveness in stallions and riggy geldings. Vitex Agnus Castus can also support a healthy metabolic function by supporting the horse’s endocrine system.
