Postage delays :

The postal services’ ability to maintain normal service levels may be disrupted and there may be delays to some deliveries. Particularly due to the strike action, and on Bank holidays and the Run up to Christmas
Please be patient and allow extra time for your order to be delivered before contacting us to ask why your parcel is late. This will help us enormously and enable us to concentrate on fulfilling orders.
Please remember that the estimated delivery is only a guide and not a guarantee.

We are sorry we cannot offer consultations over the phone, but we are happy to help via email.

We will endeavor to respond to your message within 24-48 hours during office hours Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm.

Please note: We are not able to answer nutritional and product queries on Fridays: Queries submitted on Fridays will be answered on Monday.

We will always be polite in correspondence and we ask you to do the same. We have zero tolerance for rude, abusive, aggressive, or threatening correspondence and will apply our zero-tolerance company policy against any such emails. We will not answer any rude, abusive, aggressive, or threatening emails. Should we feel your email is inappropriate for the above reasons, you will receive our company policy regarding such emails and we will ask you to rephrase your message.
