Very pleased with this product. Superior quality to Boswellia that I have previously purchased from an alternative provider. Will definitely re-order. Have come to rely on Progressive Earth for their quality.

I think the supplement is beneficial but my horse will not take it unless I mix it with water and molasses into a small scoop of chaff which is not ideal so will have to think it about ordering again

Hi. With all powdered supplements, it is important to ensure that you feed a suitable adequate amount of base feed. Most horses will refuse a powdered supplement if there is not enough of the right base feed as a carrier.
I would suggest a soaked base feed such as soaked hay or grass pellets or a suitable soaked mash. There are many soakable feeds on the market that are low in sugar and starch so you can feed an adequate amount to carry a supplement. A small handful of chop is the least palatable and the one feeds that is least suitable for carrying powdered supplements.

The best boswellia I’ve found, I’ve had coarser powder, with stronger taste and the horses wouldn’t eat it. But this one the smell is pleasant, fine grind and it goes down well with the horses.
